Position or Title:Program Manager: The Soul Repair Center

Description:Brite Divinity School, affiliated with Texas Christian University and related to the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), is pleased to announce an opening for a full-time Program Manager for the newly-created Soul Repair Center, dedicated to research and education on recovery from moral injury after war. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. or be within one year of completing a doctorate in a seminary-related teaching field and have at least one year of significant administrative experience. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations of the Center, participation in course development, occasional teaching, implementation of community training programs, supervision of office staff, coordinating evaluations of Center programs, writing grant reports, conference planning, providing support for research teams and the National Advisory Board, and development of a library collection on moral injury. The position reports to the Center Director, Dr. Rita Nakashima Brock.
