Call For Papers: For the 2019 Annual Meeting, the Corpus Hellenisticum Novi Testamenti consultation is planning invited sessions on the following topics: (1) the art, philosophy and physiology of the Physiologus, in response to the new collection of essays edited by Zbynek Kindschi Garský and Rainer Hirsch-Luipold, Christus in Natura (De Gruyter, 2019); (2) Amulets as Texts and Religious Artifacts; and (3) Choice, Change and Conversion, a continuation of the celebration of the scholarship of A. D. Nock begun in Denver (2018). In addition, we will cosponsor a session with the Development of Early Christian Theology unit (see their call for papers).
