Welcome to the International Cooperation Initiative (ICI) Online Books page. This ICI project has been designed to provide free online PDF files for a variety of SBL publications to scholars and students who would not otherwise have access to this scholarship. Persons who are identified through our technology as being from a country with a GDP per capita substantially lower than the average GDP per capita of the USA and the European Union will be able to see links below to PDF files.
In addition, we are offering reduced membership rates to individuals in these countries who would like to join and reduced subscription rates to institutions. Individuals from qualifying countries should have access to these forms below. For more information, please contact the Customer Service Department.
